• Users can browse through our roster of experienced astrologers and select the one that aligns with their needs.

• Our platform facilitates real-time communication between users and astrologers for a convenient and enriching experience.

2. Service Availability:

• The availability of services depends on the time slots provided by each respective astrologer. Users can view the availability of astrologers on the website and schedule consultations accordingly.
• Please note that service availability may vary based on the individual schedules of astrologers, and users are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots.

3. Booking Process:

• Users can instantly create a session with available astrologers. If an astrologer is available, users can initiate a session for the duration they have sufficient funds in their wallet.
• Semi-profiles of astrologers show their current availability status (Available/Busy).
• Sessions will not initiate if the user's wallet balance is insufficient for a minimum session duration of 5 minutes with the astrologer.

4. Service Delivery:

• Astrological consultations are conducted in real-time with experienced and verified astrologers.
• Consultations are confidential and aim to provide guidance and support to users.
• Sessions will continue based on the user's wallet balance, and users can recharge their wallet during the session to extend the session duration.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Since sessions are initiated instantly based on availability and wallet balance, there is no provision for cancellation or rescheduling once a session has started.

6. Customer Support:

While customer support is not available round-the-clock, users can submit their feedback or queries through our platform. The HelloAstrologer support team will endeavor to respond to feedback and queries within 24-48 hours.
