"Hello Astrologer" is provided by CHAMPS CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED through the website helloastrologer.com and our mobile application (“We”, “us”, “our”, “Helloastrologer”, “Hellloastrologer Application”). The services include astrological consultations through audio/call or chat/written reports ("Services") that you can access through our website and app.

Some services come with a fee ("Paid Services"), while others are free ("Free Services"). These terms are an agreement between you ("User") and Hello Astrologer. Please read them carefully before using our website or app. By using Hello Astrologer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

We can change or stop providing services without notice. Your inability to access our platform won't make us legally responsible. We can also limit your access to parts or all of the website.

2. Scope of Services

Our services cover various aspects like astrological content, reports, Vedic astrology consultations, tarot card readings, numerology, face readings, palmistry, life coaching, and counselling. We don't guarantee the reliability of any consultation.

Services are divided into Free and Paid. The nature and cost of each service are visible on the website or app. Free services are open to everyone, but for Paid Services, you need to register and provide accurate information.

3. Eligibility

Our services are for individuals who can make legal contracts. Minors (under 18 in most places) and suspended Hello Astrologer members can't use our services. If your jurisdiction or country prohibits or restricts our services, please don't use them.

4. Access to User Information

By using our services, you give us unconditionally permission to use the information you provide to deliver and improve our services. You may receive communication from Hello Astrologer through various channels like notification and promotional communication through SMS, email, WhatsApp etc.

5. Registration as a Member

If you want to access our Paid Services, you'll need to sign up and become a Registered Member. During registration, we may ask for some personal details like your phone number, email, date of birth, and other necessary information as prompted on the website.

To complete the registration, you'll receive a One Time Password (OTP) on the phone number you provided. Simply enter this OTP to verify your registration. This extra step helps us make sure your account is secure and that you are the one signing up.

6.Right to Suspend a User Account

We want to make sure that HelloAstrologer is a safe and respectful space for everyone. We don't check the accuracy of the information you provide, but we trust that you're sharing truthful details. • Payment Accounts: Registered Members are solely responsible for the security of their linked payment accounts. If there's any unauthorized use, report it to us promptly.
• Logging Out: Always log out after using your account. Any loss or damage due to not following this procedure is the responsibility of the Registered Member
• Technology and Software: Users are not allowed to copy, modify, sell, or transfer any technology or software associated with the website. Additionally, don't disrupt or overload the website's computer or server.
• Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to an account, server, or network is considered a breach of these terms. Users should not attempt to circumvent or modify any security measures.

HelloAstrologer provides services that include consultations with astrological experts ("Astrologers") who have joined HelloAstrologer to offer guidance to our users through electronic mediums like phone calls, video calls, texts, Chat, etc. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you give your unconditional consent to the website to arrange a telephonic call & other above mentioned services on your mobile number, even if your number is on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list provided by your mobile service provider.

HelloAstrologer provides services that include consultations with astrological experts ("Astrologers") who have joined HelloAstrologer to offer guidance to our users through electronic mediums like phone calls, video calls, texts, Chat, etc. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you give your unconditional consent to the website to arrange a telephonic call & other above mentioned services on your mobile number, even if your number is on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list provided by your mobile service provider.

As a user, you agree to report any violation or attempted violation of these terms by an Astrologer to HelloAstrologer promptly. If a user fails to provide such information, their account may be temporarily suspended, or their access to the website may be restricted accordingly.

9. Privacy Policy

HelloAstrologer’s privacy policy explicitly outlines the utilization, storage, release, and processing of data and information from Registered Members, either in whole or in part, through various channels. The privacy policy constitutes our commitment to safeguarding privacy and involves the responsible use of valuable and confidential data, including Google login. By accessing this Website, you expressly accept, agree to, and acknowledge that all information collected by us from you, encompassing registration details and all payment information, is subject to HelloAstrologer’s Privacy Policy, which is accessible at www.HelloAstrologer.com.

10. Breach Of Terms And Termination Of Account

In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms by a User or Registered Member, HelloAstrologer reserves the right to promptly block the Registered Member’s account or entirely restrict the User’s access to the Website. This termination and restriction right may be exercised by HelloAstrologer under the following circumstances:

• If the Website cannot verify the accuracy of information provided by a Registered Member or User, or if such information is found to be false or misleading.
• If, in our opinion, the actions of a Registered Member or User have the potential to incur legal liability on the Website or any affiliated third party.
• If the actions of a Registered Member or User interfere with our Services or violate our privacy policy.

A Registered Member may deactivate their account at any time by notifying us in writing at [insert email address]. Upon termination, HelloAstrologer reserves the right to retain your information for a period of [Insert Timeline] for record-keeping purposes. The collected information will be automatically deleted upon completion of this period.

11. User’s Responsibility

• Deceives or misleads the addressee with false or misleading information.
• Impersonates another person.
• TThreatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order.
• Contains a software virus or any other harmful component.
• Is patently false, untrue, and written or published with the intent to mislead or harass for financial gain or to cause injury.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Collect screen names and email addresses for advertisement, solicitation, or spam.
• Send unsolicited emails, spam, promotions, or advertisements.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts access to the Website.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in force within or outside India.
• Resell or commercially use the Services without written consent from the Website.
• Violate these Terms or any applicable additional terms on the Website.

12. Representations And Warranties

All Services available through this Website to a User are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, unless otherwise specified in writing. Subject to the provisions below, this Website does not warrant that:

• The Website will be consistently available without interruptions or errors.
• The information on this Website is complete, true, accurate, and non-misleading.
• The Website is accountable to you for your use of it or for the contents therein.

Every User and Registered Member warrants disclosing their current emotional, mental, or physical state fully and truthfully to the enrolled Astrologers for consultation.

13. Limitation Of HelloAstrologer’s Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HelloAstrologer disclaims any warranties for the provided Services, recognizing that consultation from each Astrologer may vary based on individual knowledge, skills, experience, and methods employed.

The Website has multiple Astrologers as service providers who may offer astrological recommendations to Users. While such recommendations are made in good faith, any discrepancies discovered by Users do not render HelloAstrologer or its affiliates legally liable. HelloAstrologer is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the unauthorized use of your account. While efforts are made to provide accurate information, HelloAstrologer does not warrant the correctness or completeness of such information.

HelloAstrologer is not a suicide prevention helpline. Users with suicidal thoughts are advised to contact relevant authorities or medical professionals.

Users and Registered Members are cautioned against entering independent contracts with Astrologers on the Website. HelloAstrologer bears no responsibility for consequences or liabilities arising from such contracts.

You acknowledge that downloaded material from the Website is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting loss or damage to your systems. No liability is imposed on the Website for denied coupons due to grammatical or typographical errors.

Astrologers and service providers on the Website are members and not employees of HelloAstrologer. While efforts are made to verify qualifications & knowledge, HelloAstrologer does not warrant the accuracy of information provided by them.

HelloAstrologer is not a medical institution and does not guarantee the accuracy of medical advice provided by Astrologers or service providers. Users are advised to seek independent medical advice. HelloAstrologer is not liable for any monetary loss or physical issues resulting from such advice.

Notwithstanding anything contrary in these Terms, HelloAstrologer’s liability for any action will be limited to the money paid by a Registered Member for the Services.

14. Banking And Payments Information

Payments for Paid Services can only be made through a Registered Member’s wallet linked to their account (“HelloAstrologer Wallet”). Registered Members warrant that the provided debit/credit card, net banking, and UPI details are genuine and accurate, and they are legally authorized to use them for wallet deposits.

15. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return & Cancellation Policy for Services

A refund for a Paid Service may be initiated if:

• A network issue affects the consultation chat/call.
• The Astrologer cannot communicate clearly in the specified language.
• The Astrologer takes an excessively long time to respond.
• A Registered Member is dissatisfied with the quality of advice or consultation, subject to HelloAstrologer's review. The initiation of refund shall be subject to a review by HelloAstrologer team regarding the quality of consultation or advice provided to the dissatisfied member and HelloAstrologer’s decision on this issue shall be final and not subject to any challenge. An aggrieved Registered Member may contact us regarding such an issue by writing to us at connect@helloastrologer.com
• By requesting a refund, the user agrees to grant Hello astrologer’s quality audit team permission to access the chat/call recording of the consultation for which the refund has been requested. This access is necessary to determine whether the case is eligible for a refund or not.
• Hello Astrologer’s quality audit team will make best efforts to provide partial or full refunds to users in their Hello Astrologer’s wallet in cases where the consultant's quality parameters are not satisfied. The analysis process may take up to 72 hours to complete and proceed further for refund the amount back to the user's Hello Astrologer’s wallet.

Refunds will not be provided:

• If the refund request is initiated more than two hours after payment. However erroneously payment made twice shall be considered for refund, if not utilized.
• If the provided information is incorrect.
• If customers have already taken a consultation & consume the wallet balance or have availed of the Service through other electronic means.
• Once the consultation with an Astrologer has begun.
• No refund shall be processed if a wrong contact number is provided for the purpose of availing the "Call with Astrologer" feature. Once the user opts for this service, it is advised to ensure that the provided contact number is in full coverage area and the user must answer the call when received. No refund shall be processed for any connected call.
• No refund will be provided in the event of any lack of accuracy in a consultation. We disclaims any responsibility for factual accuracy in any consultations.

Users placing orders in haste bear sole liability for any consequences. HelloAstrologer aims to process refunds within 7 business days, credited to the User’s HelloAstrologer Wallet on the Website.

16. Modification of These Terms

HelloAstrologer retains the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users and Registered Members will not receive explicit notice of such updates or modifications, and it is their responsibility to periodically visit the Website to stay informed of any changes to these Terms.

17. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Disputes arising under these Terms shall exclusively be referred to courts in Noida/Greater Noida, India. Any dispute or claim, including the determination of the scope or applicability of these Terms, or the use of the HelloAstrologer Application or any information provided thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the User or Registered Member and the Website. The arbitration shall follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and its rules. The language of the arbitral proceedings and the award shall be English. The award delivered in such arbitral proceedings is final and binding on the parties.

Notwithstanding the above, each party in a dispute retains the right to seek interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Noida/Greater Noida to protect its rights pending any arbitration proceeding.

18. Severability And Exclusion

HelloAstrologer has made every effort to ensure that these Terms comply with applicable laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Terms does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms do not apply to information other than that collected through the Website. They are also inapplicable to unsolicited information provided through the Website or other means, including public channels. Unsolicited information is considered non-confidential, and HelloAstrologer is free to use and disclose such information without limitations.

19. Notices

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all notices to HelloAstrologer must be in writing and sent via email or post. The rules regarding the communication of acceptance under the Indian Contract Act 1872 apply to the receipt of notices sent by Users, Registered Members, or the Website. Notices to Registered Members will be sent to the email address provided during registration. 20. Grievance Officer

• Any liability, losses, claims, damages, demands, investigations, inquiries, suits, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and costs incidental thereto) asserted against or incurred by HelloAstrologer, arising out of or relating to your use of the Website. This includes any actions that you are obligated to perform under these Terms.
• Any claims made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website. This encompasses claims arising from damage caused to a third party by you, breach of these Terms or HelloAstrologer’s privacy policy, or your violation of any rights of another.
• Any claims made by any third party due to legal suits regarding the originality, copyright issues, or your violation of any third party right, including but not limited to any copyright, property, or privacy right.

You acknowledge and agree that HelloAstrologer has the right to control the defence of any such claims at your expense. You further agree not to settle any such claims without the prior written consent of HelloAstrologer. HelloAstrologer will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claims, actions, or proceedings upon becoming aware of them.

21. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HelloAstrologer and its affiliates, agents, respective employees, directors, officers, agents, managers, etc., against:

Your acceptance of these Terms acknowledges the exclusion of our responsibility and liability for any loss or damage, of any nature, that you may incur due to any transactions, correspondence, or related activities conducted by you on such third-party websites and platforms.

This Website contains information generated by us as well as content provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of content provided by third parties, and Users should not rely on such content when utilizing our Services.

23. Intellectual Property
