Refund & Cancellation Policy Return & Cancellation Policy for Services

Note: Cancellations are not applicable on our platform due to the nature of our business model. Our platform enables users to book sessions with astrologers instantly, without requiring pre-booking or advance payments. Consequently, the concept of cancellations does not apply to our services in any scenario. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

A refund for a Paid Service may be initiated if:

  • A network issue affects the consultation chat/call.
  • The Astrologer cannot communicate clearly in the specified language.
  • The Astrologer takes an excessively long time to respond.
  • A Registered Member is dissatisfied with the quality of advice or consultation, subject to HelloAstrologer's review. The initiation of refund shall be subject to a review by HelloAstrologer team regarding the quality of consultation or advice provided to the dissatisfied member and HelloAstrologer’s decision on this issue shall be final and not subject to any challenge. An aggrieved Registered Member may contact us regarding such an issue by writing to us at connect@helloastrologer.com

Refunds will not be provided:

  • If the refund request is initiated more than two hours after payment. However erroneously payment made twice shall be considered for refund, if not utilized.
  • If the provided information is incorrect.
  • If customers have already taken a consultation & consume the wallet balance or have availed of the Service through other electronic means.
  • Once the consultation with an Astrologer has begun.
  • In case of a wrong phone number during telephonic Services.

Users placing orders in haste bear sole liability for any consequences. HelloAstrologer aims to process refunds within 7 business days, credited to the User’s HelloAstrologer Wallet on the Website.
